- We do not ship overnight or Next Day Air. We ship 2nd Day Air via UPS only within the contiguous U.S. The day you order does not count even if ordered before 12:00 Noon PST. For instance, if you order on Monday (working day) before 12:00 Noon PST and the order is shipped on Monday you will receive the order only on Wednesday. UPS does not count the day of the order.

Product purchased from carbopro.com is eligible for return only if it unopened, and such unopened items should be sent back to us within the first 30 days of receipt.
