Half-marathon - How to Use Our Products
30 to 45 minutes before start of the Race take:
- 5 capsules of V02 Max Endurance
- 5 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
- 2 capsules of MOTIVATOR
- 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO in 16 oz. of water
- 2 scoops of INTERPHASE
- drink at least 16 oz. of water per hour and take 2 capsules of METASALT if needed
After the race take:
- 4 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
