For Endurance - How to Use Our Products

30 to 45 minutes before Training take:

  • 5 capsules of V02 Max Endurance
  • 5 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
  • 2 capsules of MOTIVATOR
  • 2 capsules of MetaSalt
  • 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO or 2 oz. of CarboPro 1200 in 16 oz. of water
  • 2 scoops of INTERPHASE

After the first hour, every hour of the Training take:

  • 3 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
  • 3 capsules of V02 Max Endurance
  • 2 capsules of MetaSalt or more as needed
  • 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO in 16 oz. of water
  • drink at least 16 oz. of water per hour

At night immediately before going to bed take:

  • 4 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
  • 2 scoops of INTERPHASE
