70.3 and Ironman - How to Use Our Products

CARBO-LOADING with CARBO-PRO: Start carbo-loading in the four days before competition. Each day use 2 scoops (2 oz.) in 12-16 oz. of water or juice in the morning and two scoops in the evening. PRACTICE THIS DURING TRAINING FOR EXPERIENCE!

30 to 45 minutes before start of the Race take:

  • 5 capsules of V02 Max Endurance
  • 5 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
  • 2 capsules of MOTIVATOR
  • 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO or 2 oz. of CarboPro 1200 in 16 oz. of water
  • 2 scoops of INTERPHASE
  • drink at least 16 oz. of water per hour

After the first hour, every hour of the Race take:

  • 3 capsules of V02 Max Endurance
  • 3 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
  • 2 capsules of METASALT or more as needed
  • 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO in 16 oz. of water
  • drink at least 16 oz. of water per hour
  • 2 capsules of MOTIVATOR after four hours

After the race take:

  • 4 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
  • 2 scoops of INTERPHASE
