For Power
30 to 45 minutes before Training take:
- 5 capsules of V02 Max Endurance
- 5 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
- 2 capsules of MOTIVATOR
- 2 capsules of MetaSalt
- 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO or 2 oz. of CarboPro 1200 in 16 oz. of water
- 2 scoops of INTERPHASE Hypertrophy Matrix
After the Training take:
- 3 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power
- 2 scoops of CARBO-PRO or 2 oz. of CarboPro 1200 in 16 oz. of water
- drink at least 16 oz. of water per hour
At night immediately before going to bed take 4 capsules of RECOVERY Amino Power 2 scoops of INTERPHASE Hypertrophy Matrix
